Prepare the pre-build coil firstly
Pull out the RDA top cap, tighten the pre-build coil on the posts, cut the excessive ends and make adjustment of its location
Insert the cotton strip in the cotton with proper amount and length
Later, cut the excessive cotton ends, then wet the cotton with you liquid, make sure the cotton is totally soaked
