Keyes 3-Channel IRF540NS Large Current MOS Module for Arduino

• Keyes 3-channel IRF540NS high-current MOS tube module uses 3-channel MOS tube switches to control large currents with small currents, similar to relay components. It can be used to drive servos, high current LED lights, etc. When using, we input a voltage less than 40V at VIN GND, and the V+ voltage on the module is equal to the VIN voltage. We control whether the NA-NB-NC-3 terminals are grounded by controlling the high and low levels of the INA INB INC terminal. When the INA INB INC terminal is high, the NA-NB-NC-3 terminals are GND, and the 3 LEDs D1, D2, D3 are on. When the NA NB NC terminal is low level, the NA-NB-NC-3 terminals are floating, and the 3 LEDs D1, D2, D3 are off. In order to fix the module on other equipment, the module comes with 4 positioning holes with a diameter of 3mm.
